Traci has built her career on a simple but powerful belief. Caring for people well is the foundation of everything.

As the owner of T. Fox SalonSpa, she has spent more than 16 years creating a space where clients feel valued, cared for and confident in the results they receive. Her commitment to consistency, attention to detail and genuine relationships has shaped not only the salon’s reputation, but the experience clients have come to trust.

Traci’s impact extends throughout the community. She is a dedicated supporter of local causes, regularly using her business as a platform to give back and bring people together. As the driving force behind the Hoover Business Alliance, she has helped foster connection, collaboration and support among fellow small business owners.

Her passion for serving others also led to the creation of FoxHaven Event Venue, a family-owned space designed for weddings and other meaningful gatherings, and The Fox Hope Foundation. Through the foundation, Traci and her family provide opportunities for rest, healing and encouragement to individuals and families navigating cancer, caregiving, grief and life’s most difficult transitions.

At every level, across business, community and beyond, Traci’s focus remains the same. To serve with intention, lead with care and create experiences that make a lasting difference.
